Ireland: Christian Pastor Speaking Truth About Islam Is Investigated By Police For “Hate Mongering”

Christian News Network – “A 75-year-old Irish preacher was subjected to a police probe after he condemned Islam in a sermon and was accused of ‘hate mongering.’

James McConnell, pastor of the Whitewell Metropolitan Church in North Belfast, Ireland, discussed the religion of Islam during an evening sermon on Sunday, May 18th. During the sermon, McConnell denounced Islam and said the contrast between it and Christianity is stark.

‘The God we worship and serve this evening is not Allah,’ he proclaimed, according to a video of his sermon. ‘The Muslim god—Allah—is a heathen deity. Allah is a cruel deity. Allah is a demon deity.’

McConnell then criticized the ‘foolish’ British government for attempting to appease Muslims financially, saying Islam is ‘a doctrine spawned in hell.’ He also noted that Christians around the world are persecuted for their faith by the ‘fanatical worshipers’ of Allah.

According to the Belfast Telegraph, McConnell’s remarks were inspired by the current plight of Meriam Ibrahim—a professing Orthodox Christian woman in Sudan. As previously reported, Ibrahim was sentenced to hang after she was convicted of apostasy for refusing to deny her faith and convert to Islam.

Following McConnell’s May 18th sermon, the Police Service of Northern Ireland investigated the preacher for allegations of hate crime. Northern Ireland’s Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness described the preacher’s comments as ‘hate mongering’ and said the anti-Muslim statements ‘must be condemned in the strongest possible terms.'” Read more.

    The fruitless deeds of darkness are void of the fruits of the spirit. Galatians 5:22 – 23. KJV Cambridge ED 1611. Pastor is right. Islam does not teach people to be like Jesus is. Islam sees the cutting of a sexual organ as a good thing. However false Christianity sees the cutting of a sexual organ as a good thing too. God wants a changed heart. Both see the nude form as a thing to be hidden. God made the nude form. Both think Satan is an ugly beast visually seen. Satan is externally beautiful, but that is all. Both think a man made thing covers the hair. The bible says the hair is the covering of the head. How obvious is that. Both sides think hell is a place being wrong. God is known as being the father of lights and a consuming fire. That is what turns the wicked into ashes on judgment day. The west influenced a Babylonia wall of laws. Islam is a Babylonian wall of laws. Both sides turned judging who is happy for being forgiven a greater debt judging rightly into condemning in some sort of court of human law. Both sides are a lot more alike than you think. Both sides need to repent to be like Jesus is.

      The worst in Christianity cannot be remotely compared with satanic islam! Preposterous to even entertain the fantasy! Unscrupulous Christians have long misrepresented the Holy Name of Christ–that doesn’t make them demented and demonic–but is islam is both!!!

      This pastor is a breath of fresh air! It’s high time we Christians began to speak the truth about the aberration of islam which is infiltrating “EVEN THE VERY ELECT”!!!!!
