The mayor of Berlin condemned attacking and burning St. Athanasius and St. Shenouda Coptic Orthodox Church in Berlin by extremists describing it as a crime against peaceful coexistence.

On his part, Abba Demian, bishop of Germany, said that he didn’t expect such attack against a church in Germany.
