They even ask him why he deigned to give an interview to those horrible conservatives at Fox: ‘’Why would you agree to go on a show like [Hannity]?’ Stelter asked’ — with the obvious subtext being, ‘Why didn’t you just come here, to jihad terror-friendly CNN?’

On CNN’s Reliable Sources this morning, host Brian Stelter spoke with radical Muslim cleric Anjam Choudary, who last week got into a fifteen minute-long shouting match with Fox News commentator Sean Hannity.

“Why would you agree to go on a show like [Hannity]?” Stelter asked.

“I don’t believe there’s any platform that shouldn’t be utilized to spread the message of Islam,” Choudary replied. “I know Sean Hannity’s going to interrupt, that he has been rude to some of his guests. But in between that, I can try to spread the message of Islam.”

It’s Anjem Choudary. I’d be stunned if he hadn’t …“At the end of the day,” he continued, “I believe the truth will prevail, and as you can see by the reaction on social media that I won that debate, and that people are listening to what I actually said, and not what Sean Hannity said.”

“I believe that the Shariah is the best way of life,” he also said. “I believe that one day Shariah will come to America and the rest of the world.”

“What I wonder,” Stelter asked, “is aren’t you abusing the press freedoms you would like to see eliminated under Shariah law?”

“No,” Choudary replied. “I believe that Allah created eyes to see, the tongue to speak. Nobody says to you that you have a right to speak — rather, this is a freedom that Allah created, and he gave you the ability to speak. So I don’t abide by the parameters of your acceptable behavior.”

“But this kind of network, this kind of conversation, would not happen under the kind of environment you would like to see exist,” Stelter responded.

By Jennifer Newton, Mail Online – “A video has emerged reportedly showing children at training camps run by the Islamic State firing machine guns that are almost as big as them.

The footage released by the terror group shows small children sitting reading from the holy book before showing a youngster, wearing a ski mask, firing an automatic weapon, which he struggle to control as he fires it.

It then shows another boy assembling a weapon, while other children look on in the background.

The video, one of many made by the group is thought to be an attempt to boast of their young recruits.

It also shows youngsters taking an oath pledging an allegiance to the Islamic State and an even younger boy being asked what he would like to say to infidels.

He replies: ‘Infidels.. you are to be killed.’

One boy, who managed to flee from one of the training camps told CNN how he was just 13 when ISIS tried to recruit him.

He says that his father tried to stop him but militias threatened to behead him if he didn’t let his son go.

The boy, who has not been named, eventually went to the camp, where he said they exercised, learned about the Quran, took courses on weapons, while some were forced to watch gruesome videos.

He added: ‘When we go to the mosque, they order us to come the next day at a specific time and place to [watch] heads cut off, lashings or stonings.

‘We saw a young man who did not fast for Ramadan, so they crucified him for three days, and we saw a woman being stoned [to death] because she committed adultery.'” Read more.

By Leon Watson, Mail Online – “A British mother-of-two who once fronted an all-girl rock band is believed to have made it to Syria where she is threatening to behead Christians with a blunt knife.

Investigations have revealed the real name of a Muslim convert who calls herself Umm Hussain al-Britani may be Sally Jones, from Chatham in Kent.

Umm Hussain has previously claimed she married British computer hacker-turned jihadi Junaid Hussain after an online romance before the pair travelled separately to Syria to join the Islamic State.

He has since become a potential suspect in the beheading of the American journalist James Foley.

On August 10 Umm Hussain tweeted that she had made it to the ‘Caliphate’ with her husband after being stuck in Idlib, north-western Syria, for seven months.

Umm Hussain later indicated she was in the IS stronghold of Raqqa.

In messages that have since been deleted, she warned: ‘You Christians all need beheading with a nice blunt knife and stuck on the railings at raqqa … Come here I’ll do it for you!’

Now a probe into his wife Umm Hussain’s online activities carried out by the Sunday Times have linked her to an address in the Medway town.

Neighbours have also identified pictures used in Umm Hussain’s online accounts as the woman who moved out five years ago and had two boys.

One neighbour said she was ‘scatty’ and another said she was interested in ‘black magic’ and witchcraft.” Read more.

Nigerian Tribune – “The discovery of lines on a man’s forehead believed to spell the Arabic name of God, Allah, is astounding some residents of Ibadan, Oyo State.

Abass Adebiyi Olore, a resident of Atagba, Boluwaji area of Sanyo, said in an interview with the Nigerian Tribune that he was a nominal Muslim who led a loose lifestyle before the said marks appeared on his head.

The development, Olore said, emerged after he carried out instructions from a certain Christian lady and a Muslim cleric to pray and fast for a number of days.

According to him, a woman who had noticed the sign after power supply had just been restored to their area on the fateful day drew his attention to it.

He said he wanted to put on the television when all of a sudden, ‘a woman close by me shouted that she could see a mark which resembled ‘Allah’ on my head. I did not believe it until she took a picture of it with her phone and showed it to me.’

The man, who sold diesel, described what has happened to him as remarkable and promised to change from his old ways and live for God.

By Lauren Abdel-Razzaq, The Detroit News – “During a speech at the annual convention for the Islamic Society of North America on Saturday, former President Jimmy Carter said peace between Jews and Muslims in the Middle East is a dream he still prays can be achieved.

‘You can’t bring peace to the Middle East without justice and human rights for the Palestinians,’ Carter told a packed hall at Cobo Center. ‘When my prayers are answered and we have peace in that Holy Land then the Israelis and all their neighbors will be blessed to live in peace and prosperity.’

Carter spoke mainly about preventing violence against women and girls, encouraging all present to fight for equal rights for both sexes.

‘One thing that all men can do is to be sure that you treat your wife as you would like to be treated yourself,’ Carter said, amid cheers. ‘My hope is all Christians, all Muslims, all people of other faiths, even those who don’t have one, will join in this crusade to end the plight of our wives, our sisters, our daughters.’
He spoke at length about prostitution, rape on college campuses, female genital mutilation and parents in some countries strangling their daughters because they want to have sons. The audience of men, women and children were rapt and responded with applause when he quoted verses from the Quran and the Bible illustrating the equality of the sexes.

At an earlier luncheon on Saturday Carter detailed the work his foundation does and told Muslim Americans to bring peace and justice to all those around them.
