A Kingdom Divided: Jordanian Sunni Jihadist Leader Calls For Showdown Against Shiite Hezbollah

When Sunni and Shia one day join forces to gather themselves together against Israel for the Battle of Battles, it isn’t difficult to envison how quickly these two hate-filled branches of Islam will suddenly “seize each other by the hand and attack one another” when the Lord begins to disrupt their plans  …

Revelation 17:13, “These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.”

Zechariah 14:13, “And on that day a great panic from the LORD shall fall on them, so that each will seize the hand of another, and the hand of the one will be raised against the hand of the other.”

Ezekiel 38:21b-22, “Every man’s sword will be against his brother. With pestilence and bloodshed I will enter into judgment with him, and I will rain upon him and his hordes and the many peoples who are with him torrential rains and hailstones, fire and sulfur.”

By Jessica Chasmar, The Washington Times – “A jihadist leader in Jordan has called for an attack on Shi’ite Hezbollah, predicting a final showdown between Sunni Islamists and the Lebanese group in the near future, according to a report in the Arab daily Al-Hayat.

Muhammad Shalabi said that the al-Qaeda linked al-Nusra Front is heading to all of the areas where Hezbollah fighters are stationed, the Jerusalem Post reported Wednesday.

‘It is a duty to carry out jihad against all of the aggressors,’ he said. ‘We call openly to fight this party,’ he said, urging the Sunnis in Lebanon and Syria to target Hezbollah’s positions, the Jerusalem Post reported.

This is the first time that Shalabi has explicitly called for attacking Hezbollah, according to the report.” Source – The Washington Times.
