An Ode To ‘Islamic Truth’: Brutally Honest Salafists Don’t Hesitate To Declare Their Intent Against Christians And ‘Moderates’

By Raymond Ibrahim, Frontpage Mag – “Inasmuch as Salafis are vile and violent, so too must they be credited with being refreshingly frank and honest, especially in comparison with the ‘moderate’—that is, mendacious—Muslim Brotherhood.

To understand this, one must first understand that Salafis are simply modern day Muslims who closely pattern themselves after the very earliest Muslims, specifically those generations that coincided with Islam’s so-called ‘Golden Age,’ beginning with Muhammad’s rule, followed by the first four ‘righteous caliphs,’ circa. 622-656.¹

Along with the Quran, Salafis slavishly follow the hadith accounts—the many words and deeds of Muhammad as well as his closest companions.  In other words, they espouse the mentality of 7^th century Arab jihadis and usurpers.

Whereas a few decades ago, knowledge of the word salafi was limited to Muslim scholars and theologians—the so-called ulema, literally, ‘they who know’—today, millions of Muslims identify with Salafism.  Similarly, although the word was popularized in Egypt, where the Salafi party won the most votes second to the Muslim Brotherhood, many Muslims, past and present, have conformed to its identity, though under different epithets; for example, Saudi Arabia’s ‘Wahabbis’ and al-Qaeda are Salafis.

The one saving grace of Salafis, that serves non-Muslims who wish to learn the truth concerning Islamic law and teachings, is that they are immensely proud of their Islamic heritage—as one would have to be to meticulously uphold the practices of 7^th century desert people.  Like the earliest Muslim conquerors drunk with power and pride, convinced that Allah was on their side and they can do no wrong, today’s Salafis are unabashed when it comes to the things of Islam—from evoking them to upholding them.

Unsurprisingly, then, it is Salafi-minded Muslims who routinely evoke and uphold any number of things deemed absurd or evil in a Western context—from trying to enforce a canonical hadith that compels women to breastfeed adult men (ironically, to protect their ‘chastity’) to drinking camel urine for good health, to calling for the destruction of all churches.  In all cases, Muhammad said so.

Rhode Island: Warwick Residents Hear Loud Boom, Rumbling, Flash Of Light On Bay Near Conimicut Point

By Alexandra Cowley, ABC6 – “A loud explosion, a rumbling, and a flash of light, is what residents in Warwick and Barrington repeatedly described to officers as calls flooded the police station last night.

Denise Burrows described what happened,’ We heard a huge boom, just assumed it was an explosion in the local area, and then realized it was a little further away after hearing some of the reports and came out to see what it was.’

‘It sounded like a really loud motorcycle,’ said Lauren Burrows.

Crews searched the area through the night. The Coast Guard scanning the waters. Police say it appears the noise came from the Bay near Conimicut Point. The search has since been called off for now.” Source – ABC6.com.

Texas: Yellow-Green Ball Of Fire Spotted In North Texas Sky

By Frank Heinz, NBCDFW – “A yellow-green ball of fire seen streaking through the morning Texas sky is not a harbinger of the end of days, a la the Mayan calendar … it was just a meteor.

Hundreds of reports were received this morning from North Texans who spotted the yellow-green meteor streaking across the sky. On our Facebook page, NBC 5 readers recalled the sighting as ‘amazing’ or  ‘beautiful’ while others claimed it was the early arrival of Santa Claus, the end of the world … or, as one reader alleged, himself flying around in his Iron Man suit.

The meteor was seen at about 6:43 a.m. Central Time. NASA said Friday afternoon the meteor is likely a fragment from an asteroid belt and not associated with the Geminid meteor shower which will peak Dec. 13-15.

The National Weather Service said reports of the sighting were received from as far south as Houston and east into Louisiana.  The American Meteor Society has been plotting reports of the sighting on their website, which you can see here.” Read more.

 

America: Mysterious Loud Booms Reported Across Georgia, Arizona, Rhode Island, Alabama, Texas

By MICHAEL MILLER, WJBF-TV – “Columbia County, GA –Columbia County officials say that more people reported hearing mysterious booms over the last few days. Some people said the blasts were so loud that they were awakened from sleep. Local experts still don’t know what the cause is, but now the reports aren’t limited to just Columbia County.

Early this week, reports starting flooding into the Columbia County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) about loud booms in the area.

‘Appling, Harlem is the typical area we are looking at here. Of loud booms, rumbling. Now we’re hearing about pictures being moved on walls,’ says Pam Tucker, who is the director of the Columbia County EMA

A man who lives on Louisville Road, near Grovetown, says he also heard the mysterious booms. He wouldn’t speak to us on camera, but he told us the blast shook his house early Tuesday morning. He says when he walked outside, his driveway had new cracks in it. Since he lives near a rock quarry, he figured that’s what it was.

‘We have already checked and our seismologist says that there is no activity on any of our equipment, as far as earthquakes. We’ve already called all the rock quarries, there was no blasting during any of those times,’ says Tucker.

Friday afternoon, Tucker says she may have found a lead on what the cause of the booms could be. In a YouTube video, people are shooting at a device called an Earth Shaker. It’s full of gun powder and when it explodes, it’s apparently powerful enough to shake the ground. But this week there have also been other reports of loud booms in other cities, some in Arizona, Rhode Island, Alabama, and Texas. Could there be another explanation?” Read more.

Pakistan: Christian Man And Wife Beaten For Touching Muslim-Owned Motorcycle, Mob Joins In When Christian Defends Himself

By Asif Aqeel, Morning Star News – “In a land where ‘Christian’ is synonymous with lowest-caste ‘untouchable,’ many Muslims here believe Parvaiz Masih deserved the series of attacks he and his wife suffered for asking a Muslim to allow him and his donkey cart to pass.

In Sheikhupura District in Punjab Province on Nov. 16, Masih was transporting fodder on Nov. 16 when he came up against a motorcycle parked in the middle of the road. The owner, Ali Hassan, refused to move it, so Masih moved it in hopes of avoiding an altercation, he said.

‘How can you, a ‘Chuhra,’ touch my motorcycle?’ Hassan asked Masih, and he began to beat the Christian.

Hassan was further offended that a lower-caste Christian dared to defend himself, and as he left he threatened to teach Masih a lesson for raising a hand at someone from the Gill clan, which belongs to the higher agricultural Jat caste, Masih said.

The distinction between being a Christian and being on the lowest strata of Pakistani society is virtually nil for most Pakistanis, so Masih has suffered as much for being a Christian as for being considered too low to touch. In the 1930s the word ‘Christian’ literally replaced the disparaging term ‘Chuhra’ and became synonymous with sweeper or laborer …

Members of the Gill clan decided to attack Masih, of Barnala village near Safdarabad, and because a menial Christian worker had dared to hit a Muslim, members of the local hard-line political group Sunni Tehreek joined them, Masih’s legal counsel said. Within a few hours, Hassan and cousins Muhammad Tahir, Muhammad Shahbaz, Muhammad Aftab and seven other men beat Masih in a cattle shed with clubs, kicks, and punches.

Flashback: Christians In Pakistan Told To Convert To Islam Or Leave, ‘Otherwise They Will Face Consequences’ – “Last Sunday when Church service was over, more than dozen Muslim criminals gathered in front of Church and started harassing Christian girls who were leaving after services. Ahmed Bhatti and Muslim home owners of area ordered their Christians tenants to convert to Islam otherwise vacate their properties. They have vacated some shops that were run by Christians. One Christian man had his Gospel music on in the shop; they beat him up and kicked him out from that shop on gunpoint. Ahmed Bhatti on his microphone was shouting, ‘I am giving Christians this invitation to convert to Islam otherwise they will face consequences’ while announcement was made gathering of Muslims were raising Islamic Slogans.” Read more.

Cruel Master Rising: Muslim Brotherhood Torture Chambers Revealed, ‘Salafi Police’ Patrol Streets Enforcing Sharia Law

The central torture chamber, which is located in front of the gate facing the Omar Ibn Abdel Aziz Mosque on al-Merghany Street, is secured with a cordon and iron barriers, where the Central Security Forces (CSF) prevent the access of any persons without the authorization of the Brotherhood.

We entered the chamber with a great difficulty, after a fellow journalist from the Misr 25 TV channel facilitated. The channel is owned by the Brotherhood. There are brigades and police officers in military uniforms, as well as others in civilian clothes from al-Nozha police station, who oversee the beatings, whippings and torture. Fifteen others from the group, distinguished by their strong bodies, are supervised by three bearded and well-dressed men who decide who will be in the chamber and who may leave, even if the person is a member of the Brotherhood.

The torture process starts once a demonstrator who opposes President Mohammed Morsi is arrested in the clashes or is suspected after the clashes end, and the CSF separate Morsi’s supporters from his opponents. Then, the group members trade off punching, kicking and beating him with a stick on the face and all over his body. They tear off his clothes and take him to the nearest secondary torture chamber, from which CSF personnel, members of the Interior Ministry and the State Security Investigations Services (SSIS) are absent.

It is hard to determine how many locations there are, given that the torture chambers are established as near as possible to where a person is arrested. Before the interrogation process starts, they search him, seize his funds, cellphones or ID, all the while punching and slapping his face in order to get him to confess to being a thug and working for money.” Read more.
