Iran: We Will ‘Track Down’ Those Responsible For Anti-Islam Film Mocking Our Prophet

“DUBAI (REUTERS) – Iran’s government will ‘track down’ those responsible for making an amateurish film clip mocking the Prophet Muhammad, a senior official said, Iranian media reported on Monday.

The video made in California and posted on YouTube portrayed the Prophet Muhammad as a womaniser and a fool. It has ignited a week of violent protests across the Muslim world.

‘The government of the Islamic Republic of Iran condemns…this inappropriate and offensive action,’ First Vice-President Mohammad Reza Rahimi said, according to the Mehr news agency.

‘Certainly it will search for, track, and pursue this guilty person who…has insulted 1.5 billion Muslims in the world.’ The Islamic Republic’s founder Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini condemned to death the Indian-born British novelist Salman Rushdie in 1989 for his novel The Satanic Verses, saying its depiction of the Prophet Muhammad was blasphemous.” Source – Straits Times.

Telephone Terrorism: Louisiana State University Orders Evacuation Over Bomb Threat

I don’t know who is calling in these threats, but after awhile either the authorities or those being threatened may begin to stop taking them seriously enough if they keep proving to be one hoax after another.  And I’m afraid that that is when the threat will be real …

Fox News – “Louisiana State University is urging all staff and students to evacuate its campus Monday after a bomb threat was reported.

‘Please evacuate as calmly and quickly as possible,’ a statement read on the school’s website.

Bomb threats were also made last week at the University of Texas at Austin, North Dakota State University at Fargo, and Hiram College in Ohio.

Capt. Doug Cain of the Louisiana State Police told the Associated Press that bomb technicians are on the scene and police are working with departments in other states to determine whether the bomb threats are related.

No specific location for the LSU has been identified and parish 911 had been called, the school said in a press release.

Classes at the school have been canceled, the Houston Chronicle reports.

‘I was in the middle of taking a test and they walked in and told us we had to leave campus,’ Andrew Arceneaux, an LSU student, told The Advocate.

Around 30,000 students and faculty attend LSU.

Traffic getting out of the campus is in a gridlock, as students are sitting in buses at a standstill, The Advocate reports.

LSU System President William Jenkins told the newspaper that he readied the school’s emergency response systems after learning about the bomb threat.

‘We hope it’s a hoax, but we can’t take that chance,’ he said.” Source – Fox News.

Since the murder of Nicholas Berg, in numerous al-Qaida videos posted online, the same black flag has been observed hanging prominently behind the speaker. And now the same black flag is proudly flying high over the U.S. Embassy in Tunisia and is waving across the world. Welcome to Obama’s so-called ‘Arab Spring.’

Over the past few days, the black flag has been observed amidst the protests and riots in Egypt, Libya, Sudan, Nigeria, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Kuwait, Bahrain, Iran, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Jerusalem, Gaza and even Germany, Australia and England. That’s at least 22 nations. Across the world, Muslims of every race, tribe and nation are marching under the same black banner.

While many commentators have been referring to this banner as the flag of al-Qaida, this does not convey its full meaning and history. What exactly what does the black flag of Islam truly symbolize?

Indonesia: US Embassy Under Attack In Jarkarta As Violent Protests Spread, Islamists Shout ‘Allahu Akbar’ And ‘F*** America’

About 500 people from a number of radical groups were protesting against the movie The Innocence of Muslims by calling for the arrest and death penalty for the movie’s director Sam Bacile and the Florida preacher Terry Jones who had planned to show the film.

Shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’ and ‘F— America,’ the mob, many of whom were masked, marched on the embassy and began to attack.

Riot police were initially caught unprepared and without their shields.

Volleys of rocks and bricks, broken from the pavement, rained on the police and embassy guards. Local television stations were also reporting that petrol bombs were thrown.

One guard was separated from the building and pursued by a mob. It appeared he was eventually caught by a large group of protesters and surrounded, though it is not known what happened to him.

A police officer was carried from the scene by his comrades, with reports variously suggesting he had been hit by a rock or stabbed in the face.

The protesters also targeted western journalists. At one stage a mob surrounded reporters, threatening violence and accusing them of being Americans.” Read more.

Turkish PM Erdoğan: ‘Islamophobia’ Should Be Recognized As Crime Against Humanity

Today’s Zaman – “Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has stated that Turkey recognizes anti-semitism as a crime, while not a single Western country recognizes Islamophobia as such.

Speaking to journalists in Sarajevo after a series of visits to Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Erdoğan commented on the 14-minute trailer for ‘Innocence of Muslims,’ an obscure film that mocks the Prophet Muhammad, which sparked violent riots across various Muslim nations.

Erdoğan said he will talk about the movie that has angered Muslims on Sept. 25 at the UN General Assembly. He noted that the reaction against the movie in Turkey has been restrained. ‘In the last past 10 years, extremes [in Turkey] have been curbed. In a way, we acted like a lightning rod.’

He said the Turkish government has made its statement on the movie, giving messages in Yalta, and later during his visit. He said reactions against the movie continued and increased, noting statements from Egypt’s President Mohammed Morsi, who defined the movie as an ‘aggression on Islam,’ has played a role in this.

Erdoğan said he will continue to give messages at the next UN General Assembly meeting about adopting international legislation against insulting religion. ‘I am the prime minister of a nation, of which most are Muslims and that has declared anti-semitism a crime against humanity. But the West hasn’t recognized Islamophobia as a crime against humanity — it has encouraged it. [The film director] is saying he did this to provoke the fundamentalists among Muslims. When it is in the form of a provocation, there should be international legal regulations against attacks on what people deem sacred, on religion. As much as it is possible to adopt international regulations, it should be possible to do something in terms of domestic law.'” Read more.

Egypt PM to America: Change Your Laws So That Those Who Insult Islam ‘Pay For What They Do’, Sanitize Your Western Media – “When the prime minister was asked whether the US should make amendments to its laws governing freedom of speech and expression, he replied,’I think we need to work out something around this because we cannot wait and see this happen again.’ Qandil also called on the US ‘to take the necessary measures to ensure insulting billions of people – one and a half billion people – and their beliefs does not happen and people pay for what they do and at the same time make sure that the reflections of the true Egyptian and Muslims is well [represented] in Western media.'” Read more.

France To Ban Anti-US Protests As Film Fallout Spreads

Euronews – “France has moved to ban any further anti-US demonstrations sparked by the film that has caused deadly protests across the Muslim world and beyond.

As many as 150 people have been arrested in Paris after clashes broke out close to the US embassy, three police officers were hurt.

France is home to the largest Islamic community in Europe.

Manuel Valls is the French Interior Minister:

‘I will not allow that fully veiled women, street prayers or hostile slogans against our allies to be heard on our streets, so I will be very firm. Also, these few people shouldn’t be confused with the vast majority of our fellow citizens they are caricaturing Islam as it is practised in our country.’

Muslim leaders in France have condemned the film and called for calm and vigilance.

Elsewhere in Europe the German government has barred notorious US preacher Terry Jones from visiting the country amid public order concerns after a far-right group invited the Florida pastor to Germany.” Read more.

France: 150 Arrested in Paris Film Protest – “MORE than 150 protestors were arrested outside the US embassy in Paris as police broke up a demonstration over an anti-Islam film. Although the majority of the demonstrators were penned in by police at the Tuileries Gardens, groups of youths and women in full veils reached the Champs-Élysées and started prayers on the world-famous avenue. Most of those arrested were released after identity checks. Security at the embassy – and at other US-linked sites in France – has now been stepped up after Interior Minister Manuel Valls warned that Islamic hard-liners were on the sidelines provoking the Paris confrontation and said he feared the possibility of further reaction.” Read more.

Anti-American Savages Of The Post-American World

Revelation 6:8, “And I looked, and behold a ‘chlōros [green]’ horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the ‘thērion [brutal, savage men]’ of the earth.”

I’ve said it before, but in light of recent events it needs to be said again. In Revelation 6:8 John describes the “fourth horseman” as being “chlōros”, literally translated as “green”. Green is the official color of Islam. He is described as having power over the fourth part of the earth. Islam today has dominion over a fourth part of the earth. He has the power to “kill with sword.” Islam is spread through Jihad, the “Sword of Islam.”  He also kills with hunger/famine. When Islamists rise up, deprivation often follows. He kills with “death”, and the love of death in suicide operations for the cause of “Allah” permeates Islamic culture, so much that Islamists openly declare to “love death more than you love life.” Lastly, he is described as killing with “the beasts of the earth.” The Greek word “thērion” here is, I believe, being used metaphorically to refer to “savage”, “brutal” and “bestial” men — a perfect description of what we’re witnessing today in the radical world of Islam’s death seekers …

By Daniel Greenfield, Sultan Knish – “The past week has shown us what a Post-American world looks like and it isn’t a batch of treaties that lead to men and women from around the world meeting to decide how to feed the hungry, clothed the naked and take everyone’s guns away to banish violence from the world. It’s mobs of violent savages ransacking embassies while their suited brethren use it to explain to our decadent leaders that the only way we will have peace is if we let them decide what sections of the Bill of Rights we get to keep.

Forget the UN, the Post-American order isn’t a blue flag, it’s a black flag with Mohammed on it. There are far more people in the world who believe in a world order based on the violent ravings of a 7th Century madman than the number of people who believe in a world order based on 19th Century European wishful thinking. And it helps that the supporters of 7th Century violence over 19th Century internationalism are far more willing to use murderous violence to get their way.

The burning embassies and authorities scurrying to intimidate the Mohammed filmmaker into making some kind of apology or going to jail, as their British predecessors bullied Salman Rushdie into doing, reveal the naked order of the new world. It isn’t a place of treaties or laws, but of naked force and we will not be the ones doing the forcing.

In the new world order we will cower behind our televisions while the global mob, composed of whoever has the most surviving kids living on international handouts, will tell us what laws they want us to live under. And those will not be tolerant laws, they will not protect women or gays, let alone minority religions, they will be the laws of the violent majority, not that of the Christians or Buddhists, or the tinier numbers of Jews or Atheists, they will be the laws of Islam, because Muslims are willing to do what they aren’t, go out into the streets and kill to establish those laws.

Let us dispense with any pretense that if we do criminalize defamation of religion or prosecute Mohammed cartoons as a hate crime, that this will be because we are tolerant or respect religion. It will be because we are afraid of Muslims and we are right to be afraid of Muslims because our leaders are gutless cowards who have no idea how to deal with anyone whose greatest fear in life isn’t being called a racist on the evening news.

And let us dispense with the pretense that the growing internationalism is humane, rational or orderly. It is nothing of the sort, it is a mob of savages that kills to convey its demands to the officials who pretend to be running a humane and rational world order and uses them as its mouthpiece. When our enlightened leaders lecture us on offending Muslims, they are acting as the interpreters for bearded thugs who believe that Jinns are around every corner, that angels are afraid of cats and that women are inferior creatures because Mohammed went down to hell and found it full of women.” Read more.
