Arkansas: Dozens Of Cattle Deaths Blamed On Drought-Stressed Forage

By Mary Hightower, University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture – “More than 50 cattle deaths due to forage made poisonous by drought or toxic weeds have been confirmed in Arkansas, said Tom Troxel, associate head-animal science for the University of Arkansas System Division of Agriculture.

‘It’s another blow to our livestock owners in an already excruciatingly difficult year,’ Troxel said Tuesday. ‘With an average value of $900 per head, that’s a loss of $45,900.’

There were another 112 deaths with unconfirmed causes.

Troxel said Tuesday the reports were in response to an informal survey of county extension agents in Arkansas. In June, there were two cattle deaths reported.

There were 46 deaths due to prussic acid, a cyanide compound found in drought- or frost-stressed johnsongrass, sorghum or sudangrass. Those 46 were in Benton, Dallas, Hempstead, Saline, Sharp, Van Buren, Washington and White counties.

There was one confirmed death due to nitrate poisoning in Little River County. Nitrates can concentrate in a variety of plants such as johnsongrass, perilla mint, acorns, pigweed and wild cherry leaves.

Four deaths due to cattle eating poisonous weeds were confirmed in Howard and Baxter counties.” Read more.

Ohio: Thousands Of Fish Found Dead Along 3-Mile Stretch Of Cuyahoga River

By Carl Bachtel, WKYC – “AKRON — Thousands of fish were found dead in Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

The Ohio Division of Wildlife is reporting a fish kill in the Cuyahoga River.

About 2,000 dead fish, mostly minnows, suckers, and carp, were found by investigators this past weekend. The fish were in a fairly advanced state of decomposition, according to a source.

The area affected is about a 3-mile stretch of water starting just north of the Akron Sewage Treatment Plant to Bolanz Road, the home of Szalay’s Farm and Market.

The cause of the kill is under investigation by the Ohio EPA. Water tests now show no toxins present at this time and ample dissolved oxygen for fish and other aquatic life.” Source – WKYC-TV.

Wyoming: Largest Outbreak Of Botulism In 30 Years Kills Thousands Of Pheasants On Bird Farm

BY CHRISTINE PETERSON – “NEWCASTLE — Another disease has broken out at the Downar Bird Farm near Yoder in southeast Wyoming.

More than 2,700 pheasants have died in the past several weeks because of a botulism outbreak, said Brian Nesvik, chief of the wildlife division for the Wyoming Game and Fish Department.

Botulism occurs naturally in the environment and needs certain conditions to take hold, he said. This outbreak is not a threat to human public health, he said.

Last year, a disease called psittacosis struck the bird farm and resulted in all of the birds and eggs being destroyed. The botulism outbreak has nothing to do with last year’s disease, Nesvik said.

‘Botulism is everywhere. It’s just if the conditions are right,’ said bird farm superintendent Steve Schafer.

Conditions include hot and dry weather like the area has experienced this summer, Nesvik said.

An outbreak of botulism moved through the bird farm about 30 years ago.

The disease is spread from unhealthy and dying birds to healthy birds. Bird farm staff members are trying to minimize the spread by frequently walking the pens and removing dead and sick birds, according to a media release.” Read more.

Obama To Pressure Eurozone To Keep Greece In Until After US Presidential Election

Representatives from the International Monetary Fund, the European Central Bank and the European Commission are due to arrive in Athens next month to assess Greece’s reform efforts.

They are expected to report in time for an 8 October meeting of eurozone finance ministers which will decide on whether to disburse Greece’s next €31bn aid tranche, promised under the terms of the bailout for the country.

American officials are understood to be worried that if they decide Greece has not done enough to meet its deficit targets and withhold the money, it would automatically trigger Greece’s exit from the eurozone weeks before the Presidential election on 6 November.

They are urging eurozone Governments to hold off from taking any drastic action before then – fearing that the resulting market destabilisation could damage President Obama’s re-election prospects.” Read more.

Denmark: Muslim Mob Goes On Terror Rampage Through Copenhagen Hospital

By Stephen Brown – “It is a very dark, but little known, underside to the multicultural nightmare that western European societies are fast becoming. Hospitals, among the most respected institutions in Western societies due to their compassion and care of the sick and vulnerable, are turning more and more into places of immigrant violence.

The latest incident of such inexcusable savagery within the walls of a European public medical facility occurred last week in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. Danish newspapers report that about 70 men, some armed with ‘cudgels,’ invaded the Odense University Hospital emergency ward, looking to further harm, even possibly kill, a man who had just been admitted in critical condition with a gunshot wound. Luckily, no hospital staff member was injured, and it was most likely the heroics of the police officers present that prevented the intruders from reaching the injured patient.

‘There were pictures torn down from the walls. There were vases knocked into pieces. It was quite intimidating to both staff and police there, and several officers had to fire their guns to get them to disappear,’ said one Danish police official in describing the chaos.

Another police official stated: ‘They poured in with clubs into the emergency room…The staff at the hospital had to jump for their lives, and several police officers had to pull their service weapons to force the group out…’

Frustrated at being unable to reach their target, the vandals then took their anger out on ambulances and police vehicles. In all, the Copenhagen Post reported that ‘one ambulance and four police cars were destroyed in the night’s events.’

The trouble apparently began earlier that evening between rival immigrant groups when two members of one group drove up to the other’s Eid al-Fitr celebration that was being held in a shopping center parking lot. After being identified as an enemy, one report states the 26-year-old victim wound up being shot at least twice in one leg and stabbed several times in the other, but several shots were fired at the car the two were in. It is also at the crime scene that two of the four police cars may have been destroyed, while an ambulance summoned for the injured man was also reportedly attacked.

The hospital invasion was so barbarous and disturbing to the Danish public that a ‘shocked’ Danish Prime Minister Helle Thorning-Schmidt was compelled to comment on it, calling it ‘serious criminal behavior’ at a news conference. But noticeably, although the Eid al-Fitr is a Muslim celebration that marks the end of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, it does not appear she nor any police official, politician or newspaper identified the culprits as such. They limited their identification vocabulary simply to the word ‘immigrant.'” Read more.

France Seeks To Reclaim Muslim ‘No-Go’ Zones

They’ll need more than a simple boost in police to make France a better country. Here’s a more permanent solution: deportation for all who refuse to obey Western law …

By Soeren Kern, Gatestone Institute – “The French government has announced a plan to boost policing in 15 of the most crime-ridden parts of France in an effort to reassert state control over the country’s so-called ‘no-go’ zones: Muslim-dominated neighborhoods that are largely off limits to non-Muslims.

The crime-infested districts, which the French Interior Ministry has designated as Priority Security Zones (zones de sécurité prioritaires, or ZSP), include heavily Muslim parts of Paris, Marseilles, Strasbourg, Lille and Amiens, where Muslim youths recently went on a two-day arson rampage that caused extensive property damage and injured more than a dozen police officers.

The crackdown on lawlessness in the ZSP is set to begin in September, when French Interior Minister Manuel Valls plans to deploy riot police, detectives and intelligence agents into the selected areas. The hope is that a ‘North American-style’ war on crime can prevent France’s impoverished suburbs from descending into turmoil.

If the new policy results in a drop in crime, Valls is expected to name up to 40 more ZSP before the summer of 2013.

The initial 15 ZSP are: Seine-Saint-Denis (Saint-Denis, Saint-Ouen), Paris (Paris XVIIIe), les Yvelines (Mantes-la-Jolie, Mantes-la-Ville), l’Essonne (Corbeil-Essonne), la Somme (Amiens), le Nord (Lille), l’Oise (Méru et Chambly), la Moselle (Fameck et Uckange), le Bas-Rhin (Strasbourg), le Rhône (Lyon IXe), les Bouches-du-Rhône (Gardanne et Bouc-Bel-aire), Marseille (Marseille IIIe, XIIIe, XIVe, XVe et XVIe), le Gard (Vauvert et Saint-Gilles), l’Hérault (Lunel et Mauguio) et la Guyane (Cayenne, Matoury, Remire-Montjoly).

Many of these new ZSP coincide with Muslim neighborhoods that previous French governments have considered to be Sensitive Urban Zones. (Zones Urbaine Sensibles, or ZUS) — also ‘no-go’ zones for French police.

At last count, there were a total of 751 Sensitive Urban Zones, a comprehensive list of which can be found on a French government website, complete with satellite maps and precise street demarcations. An estimated five million Muslims live in the ZUS — parts of France over which the French state has lost control.” Read more.

Norway: Muslim Cleric Calls For Beheading Those Who Fail To Fast During Ramadan

By Timothy Whiteman, Examiner – “On the heels of the Muslim terrorist group Ansar al-Sunna’ demanding a section of the Norweigian capitol be ceded to them as a fundamentalist Muslim nation or face terrorist attacks that would rival 9/11, a Muslim imam is calling for the beheading of all those who fail to fast during Ramadan.

Alarmingly enough, the Norwegian-Pakistani imam Fayed Sarased Ali Bukhari, wants to establish a school for 200 children in the Oslo area.

In a news broadcast from the Norweigian Broadcasting Company (NRK – Norsk Rikskringkasting), Bukhari was caught on video stating:

“If a person doesn’t fast during Ramadan, he is mocking Islam.

And if the person is in a muslim state, the authorities must behead him.”

Not quite done yet, the Muslim cleric also stated:

“For a person who doesn’t perform his daily prayers, and is of age and sound mind, the most lenient punishment in an islamic state is incarceration.

In certain schools of law there would be grounds to kill them.”

According to NRK, they have attempted to contact with Bukhari, but he refuses to be interviewed.” Source – Examiner.

Boko Haram Defines ‘Religion Of Peace’: Convert To Islam, Embrace Sharia Law And The Qur’an, Then There Will Be ‘Peace’

The local press and at least two foreign news organizations have reported that talks are going on between the government and the militants who have been staging an insurgency against it, citing unnamed sources.

Information minister Labaran Maku declined comment on Wednesday on the talks, citing government instructions not to discuss the issue.

Since launching an insurgency against the government in 2009 with the avowed aim of turning all or part of religiously-mixed Nigeria into an Islamic state, Boko Haram has killed hundreds of people in near daily gun and bomb attacks.

‘We are telling the government to understand that if it is not ready to embrace sharia (Islamic law) and the Koran as the guiding book from which the laws of the land derive, there shall be no peace,’ the sect’s spokesman Abu Qaqa said in a written statement in the northeast city of Maiduguri, the heart of the rebellion.

Boko Haram has replaced militancy in the creeks of the oil-producing Niger Delta as the biggest security threat to Nigeria, Africa’s top energy producer. A flurry of efforts to start talks followed accusations early this year that President Goodluck Jonathan was treating the crisis too narrowly as a security issue.

But attempts at dialogue are complicated by Boko Haram’s shadowy nature and the fact there sometimes appears to be more than one faction. The main one, led by Abubakar Shekau, has never shown any overt interest in dialogue.” Read more.

Analysis: Muslim Brotherhood Is Taking Total Control Of Egypt

If, for the sake of argument, the Antichrist is not a single person per se but is rather a single entity or system, could it be that we are now beginning to witness fulfillment of the horn of Daniel 7 that rises to depose the three? After all, the beast of Revelation 13 is a kingdom or empire or system, yet is often described as a “him” or “he” in many translations:

Revelation 13:4-6, “And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marveled and followed the beast. So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, ‘Who [is] like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?’ And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months.”

Many who now view Scripture from the perspective of an Islamic End-Time paradigm are of the opinion that the “him” who receives the mortal “head wound” is not a person, but rather the power and might of the Islamic/Ottoman Empire that ceased with the abolition of the Caliphate in 1924. Today, however, we are beginning to witness a reawakening of Islamism in the Muslim world, particularly with the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood and the startling speed by which it has so far been able to subdue all opposition, essentially imitating once again the type of power and influence that one would expect at the induction of a “Neo-Ottoman Empire” …
