Pakistan: Muslim Extremists Attack Christian Homes, Set Fire to Churches

By Jibran Khan – “Lahore (AsiaNews) – Tensions are running high in Gujranwala, a town in the Pakistani province of Punjab, recent scene of repeated attacks by Muslim extremists against the Christian minority. Yesterday, a mob attacked Christian homes and places of worship, setting fire to a number of churches. Only the action of police prevented any loss of life and injuries. The attacks were sparked by reports that a burnt copy of the Qur‘an had been found on Saturday. Muslim religious leaders responded by urging people to attack Christians. Scared for their lives, many families fled the area. Meanwhile, the authorities have begun enforcing Section 144 of the Pakistan Penal Code to limit public assemblies to a maximum of four people.”  Read more.

Regards Rome being the iron legs even Zechiariah tells us that in the last days it will be the sons of Zion against the sons of Greece

Zec 9:13 I will bend Judah as I bend my bow and fill it with Ephraim. I will rouse your sons, O Zion, against your sons, O Greece, and make you like a warrior’s sword

The “sons of Greece” (the Hebrew text says “sons of Javan”) were the enemies of Zion and were the advancing, threatening power of the region during Zechariah’s time, so it seems to me that since this is describing the Last Days deliverance of Israel that it is therefore reasonable to understand Zechariah 9:13 as a reference to the enemies of Zion and the advancing, threatening power of the region that will exist at the time of Israel’s deliverance by El Shaddai’s appearance, not necessarily to Greece in terms of locality. One reason why I support this understanding is because there is not one single reference in the whole of Scripture where Yeshua after His coming is described as punishing/destroying any nation other than those that are today Islamic.

I have just back in town and have re-read Rev 13 and I think most understand this lamb as the False Prophet. Because he exercised all the authority of the first beast on his behalf, and made the earth and its inhabitants worship the first beast. Like yourself I cannot really suggest if these two horns would represent two individuals or not. I could possibly see two nations like Mede – Persia was with the Ram with two horns in Dan 8 or the two major sects of Islam uniting for a short period of time and forcing the people to worship the first Beast. But I too have questions and sometime get pulled back and forth.

One thing that I am convinced about though is that Nuclear Iran is going to play a leadership roll in bringing all this about somehow. I say this because they have a lot of history that supports this view.

Haman was both a Persian and an A/C figure and his ten sons reflect the ten horns
Daniel was thrown into the Lions den in Susa Persia
The bear with three ribs in his mouth was Persia
The beast coming out of the sea in Rev 13:1 had ten horns also had feet of a bear, Persia

The Ram in Dan 8:3 with two long horns – one was longer and grew up later was Persia
In this vision of the Ram and the Goat Daniel himself tells us in his interpretation of the vision in 8:17 that it concerns the time of the end the vision also was on the Ulai Canal in Susa Persia

A bit further along in 8:19 we are told once again that things will happen later in the time of wrath, because the vision concerns the appointed time of the end.

ICA – I enjoyed yours and all of the other comments on this topic –

My referance and understanding to Greece mentioned in Zech is the Greek ME nations that were the lands that were ruled by Alexanders four generals – not present day Greece per say. But having said that I find it interesting that even the land once controlled by Cassendar which is a portion in Eastern Europe also is for a very large part today Islamic.

Alexanders four generals were Lysimachus, Cassander, Seleucus, and Ptolemy. Lysimachus received Thrace and most of Asia Minor. Cassander obtained Macedonia and Greece. Ptolemy was given Egypt, Palestine, Cilicia, Petra, and Cyprus while Seleucus controlled the rest of Asia: Syria, Babylon, Persia, and India the part know today as Pakistan.

Looking into these four generals they connect directly with the future Islamic nations and the following must be pointed out how exact Daniel and John prophesised regards these ten horns with ten crowns who will become the ten Muslin nations or the eighth empire coming out of the historic seven empires in the last days are, to the smallest detail. Every one of these four generals territory turned into Muslin territories or nations today.

Cassander obtained Macedonia and Greece which are areas North of Greece Macedonia, Albania Kosovo, Bosnia all having very large Muslim populations some areas have 80 to 95 percent Muslin populations. Even though this part of the world may or may not be a part of the ten nation Muslim Empire the facts are that it still connects back to Alexander and his four generals which also basically was his home land. As per historical records the Roman Legion V came from today’s Serbia, Bulgaria and Macedonia area which was the only Legion from Eastern Europe that was involved in the destruction of the second temple in 70 AD. This Legion V land mass was once ruled by Cassander one of Alexander’s generals and one of these four horns of Alexander in the book of Daniel. They were a part of all of the people who originated out of Alexander and his four generals who were involved in the temples destruction, fulfilling the prophecies of Daniel, John and Zechariah with amazing accuracy.

Willard – yes, I have always assumed the 2nd beast of Rev. 13 is the false prophet. All of the horns of the beasts from Dan. 8 etc. represent not only the kingdoms, but the rulers of those kingdoms. The ten horns are ten kings, according to Rev. 17. So, it begs the question regarding the horns on the second beast as well. Just interesting to ponder.

Is it possible that not 10 literal kings are meant? That number is symbolic of completeness, so could this be the entire amount of kingdoms in the history of the world arrayed against God? The numbers 7 and 10 are significant in the Bible, as are most other numbers. There is a meaning in the number itself, beyond and perhaps exclusive of designating an actual amount of something. I’ve wondered that about the number 1260 as well. Thoughts?

While I’m not opposed to the idea of numbers being symbolic in prophecy – for instance I lean that way when it comes to the 144,000 of Rev. 7 – I am more prone to be a literalist in the case of the ten kings because everywhere else in the bible where horns are referred to they designate literal kings and kingdoms, i.e. the great horn on the ram was Alexander in Dan. 8, the four horns that came from his broken horn were his four generals, etc.

It was, in fact, this chapter in Daniel that convinced me that the antichrist must be muslim, since the “little horn” arises out of the four kingdoms, which are all now Islamic (except for Greece), which I think was covered above somewhere. And, the “little horn” is a literal king/kingdom, right?

I remember once reading about the little horn in Daniel and then referring to Rev. 13 where the beast was given “a mouth speaking arrogant words and blasphemies” and getting a picture in my head of those loudspeakers on the tops of mosques spewing out blasphemies against the true God – especially the one on the top of Al Aqsa in Jerusalem.

KURT – I do not think we can get away from the fact that the horns represent ten current active Islamic nations nothing else fits at least at the moment. The main reason to me stuck on the horns being literal nations is that we are told several times that three nations will be up rooted or the three ribs in the bears mouth which will take over the other seven. Also we have seen the prophecy of Zech fulfilled when he told us that the four horns of Alexander would destroy and scatter Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem which happened in 70 AD. If these four horns proved to be kings or generals than the ten horns to come out of these horns also must be nations.

    Four Horns and Four Craftsmen

Zec 1:18 Then I looked up and there before me were four horns! Zec 1:19 I asked the angel who was speaking to me, “What are these?” He answered me, “These are the horns that scattered Judah, Israel and Jerusalem.” Zec 1:20 Then the LORD showed me four craftsmen. Zec 1:21 I asked, “What are these coming to do?” He answered, “These are the horns that scattered Judah so that no one could raise his head, but the craftsmen have come to terrify them and throw down these horns of the nations who lifted up their horns against the land of Judah to scatter its people.”

AtHisFeet – Below are a few notes that I have on Rev 17 which may help a bit – these are some of my thoughts at the present time on these mysteries. Many things still left to unfold but we are making headway, bit by bit God is allowing us more and more insight.

I think that the Woman on the Beast seems to me to be an organization or a group or something similar and Islam would fit this bill. A prostitute is a picture of unfaithfulness Israel historically was unfaithful, the present day church for a large part is unfaithful including the RCC —

Isaiah 47:5 speaks of Babylon as a queen

SITTING ON MANY WATERS — Compare Rev with Jer

Rev 17:1 One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and said to me, Come, I will show you the punishment of the great prostitute, ((((who sits on many waters.))) Rev 17:2 With her the kings of the earth committed adultery and the inhabitants of the earth were intoxicated with the wine of her adulteries. Rev 17:3 Then the angel carried me away in the Spirit into a desert. There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns.

Jer 51:12 Lift up a banner against the walls of Babylon! Reinforce the guard, station the watchmen, prepare an ambush! The LORD will carry out his purpose, his decree against the people of Babylon – Jer 51:13 ((((You who live by many waters)))) and are rich in treasures, your end has come, the time for you to be cut off

THE GOLDEN CUP — compare Rev with Jer

Rev 17:4 The woman was dressed in purple and scarlet, and was glittering with gold, precious stones and pearls. She held (((a golden cup in her hand,))) filled with abominable things and the filth of her adulteries.

Jer 51:7 (((Babylon was a gold cup))) in the LORD’S hand; she made the whole earth drunk. The nations drank her wine; therefore they have now gone mad
Purple and scarlet are also colors found in Islam especially throughout Turkey and what was once their empire

The angel took John into the desert as this is where the woman was sitting in the desert – Mecca is in the desert –

Rev 17:3 Then the angel carried me away in the Spirit into a desert. There I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was covered with blasphemous names and had seven heads and ten horns.

One issue I find difficult to sort out is that the beast and the ten horns will hate the prostitute. They will bring her to ruin and leave her naked; they will eat her flesh and burn her with fire – WHY WILL THEY HATE THE PROSTITUTE almost makes one ask if this prostitue is maybe the false church maybe RCC – If the ten nations and the A/C are Islamic why would they hate the prostitue if she was Islamic??

Rev 17:15 Then the angel said to me, “The waters you saw, where the prostitute sits, are peoples, multitudes, nations and languages. Rev 17:16 The beast and the ten horns you saw will hate the prostitute. They will bring her to ruin and leave her naked; they will eat her flesh and burn her with fire

Yep, another reason why Rome is not in view here. If this harlot is described by John as being “in the desert” (Rev 17:3), then it stands to reason that John is not referring to Rome as the place where this ‘woman’ lives. Rome is never called a desert/wilderness in Scripture and was definitely not a desert/wilderness during the time when John wrote Revelation. It would not be true to call Rome a desert/wilderness, but it is true to call Mecca in Saudi Arabia — the spiritual birthplace and homestead of Islam — as desert, and is still true to this very day.

I see the ‘prostitute’ or ‘harlot’ as Mecca/Saudi Arabia, and the Beast of radical Islam — a Beast which increasingly believes today that the House of Saud is apostate and a friend of ‘the West’ — will turn on her. I expect to therefore see, for example, something like this coming to fruition:

Iran Orders Suicide Attacks on Saudi Interests Worldwide
Iranian Professor Calls for Strike Against Bahrain and Saudi Oil Fields

The ‘kings of the earth committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth were made drunk with the wine of her fornication’ (17:2) by placating to Islam to no end. Political Correctness today in the West has run amok to the detriment of logic and common sense, to the point were many refuse to even call an act of Islamic terror ‘terrorism’. Heaven forbid that the West hurt the feelings of terrorists. For example, let’s get Bin Laden, who was at least called a ‘terrorist’, but then someone who Barak Obama says was not a Muslim, yet gives this so-called non-Muslim terrorist a 40 minute Islamic funeral with an Islamic prayer asking that Allah accept the non-Muslim Bin Laden’s soul into the Islamic Paradise. Made drunk with the wine of her spiritual fornications indeed…

Additionally, Saudia Arabia provides funding for over 80% of all American mosques and Islamic institutions (and even throughout the world), corrupting the world with her Islamic influence and abominations. The kingdom of Saudi Arabia has even been riding the Beast of Islamism for some time (disseminating a radical brand of Islam called Wahhabism since the 18th century), but soon we may see a coalition of radical Islamic nations (possibly funded or headed by Turkey and Iran) that will give support to/be involved in the overthrow of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

ICA – my thoughts are quite similar and down these lines as well with the House od Saud and Saudi Arabia and Iran being dead set against each other Shiite and Wahabis and the Sunnis – and I think Zech 5:5- referance to the The Woman in a Basket points in this direction.

The house that covers the Kabba Stone in Mecca home of Satan’s false religion – may be Zechariah’s basket with the woman of wickedness in it. Neither Arabs nor Islam consider woman in high regard. If you google the Kabba Stone and look at the cover of the house it certainly does look a bit like an Arab women dressed in the Hijab – the black cloth the rectangular slait for the eyes like the head dress of an ME Arab woman

Zec 5:5 Then the angel who was speaking to me came forward and said to me, “Look up and see what this is that is appearing.” Zec 5:6 I asked, “What is it?” He replied, “It is a measuring basket.” And he added, “This is the iniquity of the people throughout the land.” Zec 5:7 Then the cover of lead was raised, and there in the basket sat a woman! Zec 5:8 He said, “This is wickedness,” and he pushed her back into the basket and pushed the lead cover down over its mouth.

Zec 5:9 Then I looked up—and there before me were two women, with the wind in their wings! They had wings like those of a stork, and they lifted up the basket between heaven and earth. Zec 5:10 “Where are they taking the basket?” I asked the angel who was speaking to me. Zec 5:11 He replied, “To the country of Babylonia to build a house for it. When it is ready, the basket will be set there in its place.”

The stork is an unclean bird, Mecca is on the very South Western edge of what was once the boundry of ancient Babylonia, and when it was ready than the basket will be set there – Islam arrived there early 600s – so if Mecca is in ancient Babylonia it was still future in Johns day – is associated with Babylon territory and also the Moon God would connect Islam with babylon maybe this is pointing to MYSTERY BABYLON ???

Yes. Mystery Babylon (Babylon means confusion), and Islam in it’s monotheistic form did not exist until hundreds of years after John was given the Revelation of Jesus Christ. Before John it existed as a polytheistic Babylonian religion that worshiped the moon god Allah, among others, until Mohammed had all other gods abolished except for Allah (and took bits and pieces of the Bible to formulate Islamic doctrine, which Walid Shoebat calls a ‘Christian cult’). This is one reason why the Qur’an assumes that the reader is already familiar with whom ‘Allah’ is.

I think the “wine” in that cup must be oil. Virtually every nation on earth has gotten in bed with the Saudis for it.

And, attacks on Mecca are not unprecedented. There was an attempted seizure of the Grand Mosque back in 1979 by a dissident group proclaiming their leader was the Mahdi.

It could be oil, but I think that to better understand what the “wine of her fornication” means in 17:2 I believe we should first consider what the “fornication” is referring to. Most would agree that “fornication” here is spiritual, that it is the worship of anything other than the God is Israel. Muslims claim to be descendants of Abraham and Ishmael, and/or claim to worship the God of Abraham and Ishmael. However, Abraham and even Ishmael both worshiped the true God of Heaven, and we would all agree that the worship of “Allah” is not the worship of YHWH, of El Shaddai, of the God of Israel. As we are conformed to the image of Christ — the Word of God in the flesh — they are conformed to the image of the Beast, the Qur’an which they claim is the word of God, which is blasphemy, which is spiritual fornication.

Their worship of Allah per the Qur’an, and their system of governance, behavior, laws, etc. is all to be done in the service of Allah. Islam is not simply a religion, it dictates everything about how people and government should operate. Because the Islamic world has riches that the West needs (namely, crude oil), and because their behavior — both in action and reaction — are all done in accordance to the written code of the Qur’an (and Hadith), the West tries to do everything to be accepting and agreeable towards Islam, even allowing her to propagate her abominations in its own midst, placating to her demands lest she decry her treatment and be offended while she [ab]uses the valued freedoms of ‘religion and expression’ in the West to continue the effort of advancing Sharia. And all of this is done while she ‘rides the Beast’ of radical Islam.

So I would say that the ‘wine of her fornication’ is multifaceted. It is couched in political correctness, in part because we rely on her oil to keep the global economy from collapse, yet all of this will prove to be a severe detriment to the West as a whole.

Looking at the photos on the below link one wonders if maybe it is not Islam itself that is the wine and the fornication of the worshipers – it is like they are a lot of drunken people and the object of their worship kissing the stone inside the silver shield covering is carried out and the Kabba Stone and it coverings are almost like fornicatation with this religion itself – sometimes one has to ask it sure would have been nice if God would have supplied more information – but I guess he supplied just enough to keep us interested and involved in the search for answers

Just a blurp from the above link

The great Muslim traveler from Valencia, Ibn Jubayr (1145-1217) describes the emotion he felt on touching the stone, The stone, when one kisses it, has a softness and freshness which delights the mouth; so much so that he who places his lips upon it wishes never to remove them. It suffices, moreover, that the Prophet said that it is the Right Hand of God on Earth.

In addition to buildings such as the Dome of the Rock and al Aqsa Mosque, I believe that the Kaaba stone is just one of the Islamic idols that Revelation 9:20 speaks of: “And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk”. They believe that touching the Kaaba will absolve them of their sins, something that only God can do. Sure, they would never admit that they worship idols, but in the eyes of God they are doing precisely that…
